Return Policy

Please note, we do not accept returns on vintage items.

Return Window & Packaging:

• Goods must be returned to Petit Panier within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging if possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items unless you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched product.
• Items must be repacked carefully to prevent damage in transit. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they reach us.

Refunds & Credit Notes:

• Returns outside of the 14-day window may be eligible for a credit note valid for 1 year, at Petit Panier’s discretion.
• Refunds are typically processed using your original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you for alternative arrangements.
• Returned goods that are used, damaged, marked, scratched, or improperly packaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you.

International Orders & Customs:

• For orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
• If you refuse to pay these charges and your order is returned to us, any incurred return fees, along with potential customs handling fees, will be deducted from your refund. Please note that refusal of customs charges may significantly delay or prevent any refunds.
