Order Processing & Shipping:
- All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK. Please note that our dispatch times may vary.
- Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your destination. We strive to provide accurate estimates at checkout.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs clearance processes.
Returns & Refunds:
- We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Unless the product is faulty, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund for the product cost, excluding original shipping fees. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
International Orders & Customs:
For orders shipped outside the UK, you are fully responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by your country’s regulations. Failure to pay these charges will result in severe consequences:
- If you refuse to pay and your order is returned to us, any costs we incur—including return shipping and handling fees—will be deducted from your refund.
- In some cases, if customs fees remain unpaid and the order cannot be returned, you will forfeit your right to a refund entirely.
