Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:

Order Processing & Shipping:

• All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK. Please note that our dispatch times may vary.
• Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your destination. We strive to provide accurate estimates at checkout.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs clearance processes.
• From time to time, we offer free UK delivery, applicable to UK mainland addresses only.

Returns & Refunds:

• We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• Unless the product is faulty, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund for the product cost, excluding original shipping fees. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

International Orders & Customs:

For orders shipped outside the UK, you are fully responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by your country’s regulations. Failure to pay these charges will result in severe consequences:

• If you refuse to pay and your order is returned to us, any costs we incur—including return shipping and handling fees—will be deducted from your refund.
• In some cases, if customs fees remain unpaid and the order cannot be returned, you will forfeit your right to a refund entirely.

By placing an international order, you agree to accept and fulfill all obligations related to customs and import regulations.

Product Information & Variations:

• Our products are handmade by skilled artisans, which means each piece is unique. Natural variations in colour, shape, and texture may occur and are not considered defects but rather a testament to craftsmanship.
• We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently on screens, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Your experience is important to us! If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us. We value our customers and will do our best to find a resolution.

STUDIO SERVICES

For interior styling, sourcing, product design, or consulting services booked through Petit Panier Studio:

• A written proposal and quote will be provided before any work begins.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received, either in full or as outlined in your service agreement.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
• For longer-term projects, a deposit may be required, with payment milestones clearly agreed upon in writing.
• All services are tailored and non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated.
